Ich habe Probleme beim Deinstallieren meines Office Pro+ 2016-Pakets. Die Installation verläuft problemlos, aber bei der Deinstallation gibt es Schwierigkeiten. Ich erhalte folgende Fehlermeldung: KRITISCHER FEHLER

WAPT findet das setup.py-Modul während der Installation, aber nicht während der Deinstallation.
Was mir seltsam vorkommt, ist, dass dieser berühmte Wechseln Sie in das Verzeichnis C:\Users\louisinger kurz vor dem Fehler.

Hat jemand eine Lösung oder einen Vorschlag?

Wechseln Sie in das Verzeichnis C:\Users\louisinger
Das ist normal. Während der Installation wechselt das aktuelle Verzeichnis in das temporäre Verzeichnis, in dem das Paket entpackt wird.
Am Ende des Vorgangs (auch im Fehlerfall) wird das vorherige aktuelle Verzeichnis wiederhergestellt.
Das ist nicht das Problem.

Während des "Deinstallations"-Vorgangs wird das Setup-Modul aus der lokalen wapt-Datenbank gelesen (da das .wapt-Paket im Zip-Format zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr auf dem Rechner vorhanden ist)

Der erwähnte Fehler könnte sich auf Folgendes beziehen:

ich habe das Problem vor zwei Tagen gelöst. Es lag offenbar an einem Importproblem
