Guten Morgen,
Ich habe das Microsoft-Teams-UWP-Paket in meinem Netzwerk bereitgestellt, aber auf einigen Dutzend Rechnern treten weiterhin Fehler auf. Auf diesen Rechnern kann ich die Datei MSteams-x64.msix zwar manuell installieren, das Paket lässt sich aber trotzdem nicht installieren. Die betroffenen Rechner verwenden Windows 10 20H2/21H1/21H2 oder Windows 11 21H2/22H2

Und zweitens: Wie kann ich, bevor ich die alten Teams deinstalliere, beim Systemstart automatisch "neue Teams" starten?

Verwenden Sie beim manuellen Testen der Installation dieselbe Befehlszeile?

Haben Sie es als Systemkonto getestet? (durch Ausführen eines PowerShell-Befehls mit psexec -i -s powershell.exe)

Ich verstehe es zwar nicht ganz, aber heute Morgen scheint es besser zu funktionieren. Auf demselben PC wie oben habe ich MSTeams-x64.msix manuell als Administrator neu installiert (es war seit gestern verschwunden). Anschließend habe ich das Paket microsoft-teams-uwp_24033.813.2773.520 neu installiert, und diesmal hat es geklappt!
Ich habe das Gleiche gerade auf einem anderen gesperrten Desktop-PC gemacht, und auch dort funktionierte das Paket nach der manuellen Installation von msix.
Es müssen noch etwa vierzig PCs entsperrt werden. :weinen: Davon sind nur Laptops; ob das Zufall ist, weiß ich nicht …?

Könnten Sie bitte den folgenden Befehl auf dem betroffenen Rechner ausprobieren, bevor Sie add-appxprovisionedpackage erneut ausführen?

Ich habe die Installation auf drei PCs freigeschaltet, indem ich in der Gruppenrichtlinie unter „Konfiguration“ > „Computer“ > „Administrative Vorlagen“ > „Komponenten“ > „Anwendungspaketbereitstellung“ die Option „ Installation aller vertrauenswürdigen Anwendungen zulassen“ aktiviert habe.

Ich habe kürzlich das Paket microsoft-teams-uwp (24102) aktualisiert und erhalte nun wieder Fehlermeldungen auf PCs, auf denen die vorherige Version (24033) installiert war.

Auf einigen PCs (immer Laptops!, Windows 10 oder 11) erhalte ich diese Fehlermeldung:

Ich konnte MSTeams-x64.msix (heruntergeladen von der Microsoft-Website) auf einigen PCs manuell installieren, und das Paket ließ sich anschließend problemlos installieren. Auf einigen wenigen Rechnern schlägt die Installation jedoch weiterhin fehl, obwohl New Teams bereits vorhanden ist und funktioniert.
Manchmal kann ich MSTeams-x64.msix nur manuell starten, wenn ich in den lokalen Richtlinien die Option „Installation vertrauenswürdiger Anwendungen zulassen“ aktiviere.


NACHTRAG: Nach der Ausführung von sfc /scannow (zusätzlich zur Gruppenrichtlinie, die die Installation vertrauenswürdiger Anwendungen zulässt) bleiben nur noch 8 hartnäckige Laptops übrig. Abgesehen von der Neuerstellung des Festplattenabbilds komme ich aber nicht weiter … New Teams wird zwar korrekt mit dem MSIX-Paket installiert, aber das Paket schlägt fehl.
