I'm replying a bit late, but this might be useful to others.
To change the ports used: First, configure the Apache virtual host to use ports 80 and 443 as XXXX and XXXX. Also, add the proxyReverse lines (XXXX instead of 8080). Then, in the WAPT configuration at "/opt/wapt/conf..."
