I have a CentOS installation. I just upgraded from 1.6 to 1.7 (without the quotation marks), and when I ran `yum Update`, the sources weren't fetching the new 1.7 packages. It was telling me `tis-waptserver` and `tis-waptsetup` already had 1.6 installed.

There's a problem in your documentation:

The `" "` is missing from the `baseurl` address; it doesn't work without it.
