Hello,

(Server console used under Windows 10 and WAPT Enterprise 2.1.2.10652 installed on a Debian 10 server).

My console seems quite unstable. The configuration keeps reverting on its own, without any intervention on my part, so I have to reapply the WAPT server address, the WAPT package prefix, and the personal certificate path.

Furthermore, and the main subject of this ticket, is that since yesterday, whenever I launch an action on a workstation, no task is executed on that workstation, even though it is connected (for example, "Uninstall package" such and such > no task runs).

Hello Thomas789,

the waptconsole settings are stored in %appdata%\local\waptconsole\waptconsole.ini.
There's no reason for them to change on their own... Do you have directory redirection enabled? Any stray profiles?

Have you correctly referenced your private key in your configuration? Otherwise, actions cannot be sent to the workstations.

Hello,

I'm not experiencing these issues (roaming profiles, directory redirection). I've updated my WAPT server, reinstalled the administration console on Windows, and recreated a USB drive, but nothing has worked.

And if you switch machines for your WAPT management console, what happens?

You'll just need to retrieve your certificate from your old machine and put it on your new machine.

No, this hasn't yielded any conclusive results after changing workstations. It seems to be related to my account because my colleagues aren't experiencing this problem. The server logs don't show much related to my error.

if you compare your waptconsole.ini with the waptconsole.ini of one of your colleagues' workstations that doesn't exhibit the same behavior?

Hello,

To move forward with this request, we understand that the actions are impossible because, following the regeneration of my private key, it was not deployed to the workstations. Therefore, my account cannot deploy or perform any actions.

Furthermore, when recompiling your waptupgrade package with my new key, the package does not appear to be deployable to the workstations because it does not detect a version difference compared to the waptupgrade package already present on the workstation... what can be done?
