Hello,
To move the old WAPT server off our distribution LAN, I set up a new server in the DMZ so it's accessible remotely without a VPN.
If the workstations on our distribution LAN connect directly to the WAPT server, I get the connected/disconnected status in the console.
If the connection goes through our reverse proxy "NetScaler," they can see the new packages, downloaded and installed, but the connected/disconnected status is no longer displayed.
Is a specific port or protocol being blocked? What should I check?

Hello,
I'm not a NetScaler specialist, but Wapt supports WebSockets, so you need to allow/configure NetScaler to use WebSockets.
If you have support from them, that would help.
