Good morning,

I am taking the liberty of reviving a topic that was started by another user:
viewtopic.php?t=3243

Some packages contain the following code:

Code: Select all

 params.get("remove_desktop_shortcuts")
How is it possible to use this parameter rather than manually modifying the package?

Thank you and have a good day

Good morning,

After checking the Discord, I found a reply from Jimmy:
Jimmy wrote:Oct 4, 2022 - 3:13 PMThe params dictionary is a feature that is currently only usable manually via the command prompt in the format: wapt-get install tis-vlc --params="{'remove':true}"
Can you confirm that this parameter dictionary is still only usable via the command line?.
If so, is this dictionary intended to be usable via the console in the future?

THANKS
