Hello everyone, thank you for this very interesting and powerful software.
My server is running Windows Server 2008 R2, version 1.3.13. My
development machine also has Windows 7 64-bit and 32-bit machines, and Windows 10 64-bit machines.
I have software to install on several machines (SolidWorks 2017). I created an administrative image of my software and a batch script to install it manually on each PC using a USB hard drive. (Installing it over the network takes too long.)
This administrative image is 13 GB in size.
Can WAPT handle such large packages?
If so, how do I manage this size when creating the package?
Sincerely.
[RESOLVED] Maximum package size

Hello
, whether you're using version 1.3 or 1.5, there's no size limit that Wapt can handle.
In fact, we've already implemented SolidWorks.
However, you might encounter some issues.
The preshutdowntimeout:
https://www.wapt.fr/fr/doc-1.3/Frequent ... installation.
This option is enabled by default in 1.5.
Indeed, SolidWorks will likely take more than 15 minutes to install. You'll need to be careful!
Then, the upload might cause problems:
There are fewer issues in 1.5, but if you're using Wapt version 1.3:
