Hello,

As part of a domain migration, I need to migrate the administration console to the new domain. I retrieved the private key from the console on the old domain and tried to use it on the new console on the new domain (local WAPT configuration --> path to the personal certificate). However, when I click on "Verify associated key", I get the following message:

Error: No private key in directory C:\private could be decrypted with supplied password, or none matches the certificate

. I am certain of my password.

Do you have a solution?

PS: WAPT version: 1.5.1.26 / Server OS: Linux Debian Stretch / Administration machine OS: Windows 10
Best regards,
Haut

Potential problems:

* File extensions?

Private key = .pem
Certificate = .crt

* Both files must be in the same folder, and you must specify the certificate in the console
