Hello,
Wapt is installed on my computer (Windows 10). When I start Wapt session setup, a window appears: "Python could not be properly initialized."
I can't see which version of Wapt is installed, since it won't launch.
My company's IT support doesn't seem to have a solution. Could someone please help me?
I realize I'm not providing much information, but I'm just a regular user looking for a solution in an area I don't understand at all.
Thanks in advance

Hello,
which version do you have? (Check in Programs and Features.)
It could be a conflict with another Python installation on your computer.
Do you have another Python installation (for example, Python 3), especially one installed from the Microsoft Store?
Normally, Wapt is forced to use its own Python interpreter, but it's not an exact science.
