Hello everyone,

I'm trying unsuccessfully to set up Self-Service for my users, but I'm encountering a rather annoying problem... I can't log in with my domain users' credentials.
When I launch the application and enter my credentials, I get the message "Incorrect username or password," even though I'm using the correct credentials to log in.
I've done some tests in the past where it worked perfectly. And now... I'm stuck.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful.

Thanks in advance.
Thomas

Hello,

did you deploy a self-service package before launching the self-service?

Have a good evening.
