Hello,

I have a question regarding the agent and the console:
I don't quite understand why there isn't one installer for the console and a separate one for the agent.
Does the agent always install the console component?
And can the console be installed without installing the agent?
Can multiple administration workstations be used simultaneously? Because each workstation requires generating a key, certificate, etc., each time... Does this cause any problems in terms of usability?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

We could have two different builds, but the size of waptconsole.exe didn't justify it. You can modify the innosetup files if it's really causing you problems.

The waptconsole.exe executable relies on the agent's code, so it is not possible to have the console without having the agent installed.

It's best to have one key per sysadmin, but it's perfectly possible to copy the key created on the first admin workstation to the other admin workstations. If you create multiple keys, remember to push the corresponding certificates to the workstations you want to manage.

Sincerely,
