There is :

• waptsetup.exe (aka waptsetup-tis.exe)
• waptagent.exe

If you are looking for waptsetup-tis.exe (which is waptsetup.exe) then you can download it from the address provided.

In your case, on a Wapt server running Windows, you have installed waptsetupserver.exe

Next, you must:

• Open the console.
• Generate a Wapt agent

The Wapt agent is then available at the following address: https://waptserver.mydomain.lan/wapt/waptagent.exe

Waptsetup is only useful if you want to generate the agent from somewhere other than the server.
If that's your choice, you might as well switch to Linux...
