Hello,
I've disabled everything but it didn't help, so I tested it on a standard PC and miraculously it works (WORKGROUP).
So I also tried it on my server in local mode and it seems to be working there for now. I've also rejoined it to the domain.
For the update, I modified waptdeploy in NETLOGON with the new Waptagent which replaces the old one, so it performs the update when the PC starts up.
