Yes, there was a pending update.
After waiting for over an hour, I forced the PC to shut down.
I think the fact that AbiWord already exists on the client is causing a problem for Wapt.
After restarting, the red errors are gone, but the two blue crosses remain (see screenshot above): NEED-INSTALL for tes-abiword and NEED-INSTALL my-pc's-name.
Is there a way to start everything from scratch without reinstalling the server's OS?

Hello Mouka,
The problem simply stems from a package that doesn't handle errors well; the package needs to be improved for better compatibility.
Please send us the package logs for debugging, and I'll look into improving it in the coming days.
Regards,
Jimmy

Our AbiWord package is marked as non-silent; manual action is required.
Therefore, we recommend uninstalling it via the command prompt: `wapt-get remove tis-abiword`.
Furthermore, the software has not been maintained since 2012, so I advise against using it on Windows.

Hello,
The PCs I manage are not accessible via the command line.
This is one of the reasons why I want to switch to WAPT. Furthermore, physically accessing over 200 PCs... is not practical.
Have a good day,
Mr.

The PCs I administer aren't accessible via the command line.
That's one of the reasons I want to switch to WAPT. Besides, physically managing over 200 PCs... that's not reasonable.
If the standard AbiWord uninstallation procedure isn't silent, it's not a WAPT problem, it's an AbiWord problem. The package is correctly flagged as non-silent during uninstallation because no one has found or taken the time to find a way to make it silent...
You can write the uninstall procedure manually in the `def uninstall()` function (if possible). You can take a look, for example, at the uninstall procedure for the PuTTY package, which is modified to handle silent uninstallation (otherwise, a popup appears during uninstallation).
If you can figure out how to make AbiWord uninstall silent, we can add the procedure to the package on the WAPT store. For now, I'm marking the post as RESOLVED; it's not a WAPT issue per se.
Sincerely,
Denis

Hello,
We have the enterprise version.
1) Knowing that we only want to install critical and security updates on our client PCs, we have configured the filters "Critical only," "All products," and "Security Updates" in WAPT below. Are these the only filters necessary and sufficient for what we want to do?
I ask because the labels in WAPT are not the same as in WSUS. See attached screenshot.
2) The "Drivers" and "Driver Sets" categories do not exist in WAPT. Why?
3) To generate an agent in WAPT, what exactly does the "Allow all updates by default" checkbox do?
Thank you all,
m.

Hello,
thank you for starting a new thread for a new question; necroposting [1] really doesn't help in following discussion threads.
