Hello Scud,
If you upgrade to the Enterprise version, you'll benefit from four years of feature development in WAPT, as the Discovery version no longer receives any new features.
Only the security level of Discovery is maintained, hence the large amount of gray you see in the WAPT console in Discovery mode.
