When I put the workstation back in place, it had an old agent installed.
By removing the agent and installing the correct one, the empty OU was finally deleted.

It's a shame we won't get the full story as to why she didn't appear

We have another example in Paris as well. But we need to be there in person to see it.
I'll keep you updated on the progress in Paris.
