Try duplicating the latest version of tis-wads-requirement-minimal-x64 and installing it on your machine.
Recreate your WinPE installation (using a WinPE USB drive if you have one) and try again to see if that works.

I believe I've followed all the steps correctly, but I'm still getting the same error message.
How can I be sure?
Is it a WinPE version issue?
I have version 10.1.26100.1 of wads-requirement-minimal-x64 and version 10.2 of wads-requirement-minimal.

The latest version of wads-requirement-minimal-x64 is 10.1.26100.2454. You can install this new version on your machine and recreate WinPE.

Hello,
thank you, the package update worked.
The WinPE on the USB drive was a workaround for another issue we're having with PXE.
I'll make another post about that problem.
