sorry for the delayed response. We found the issue and it's been fixed in wapt version 2.6, which should be released very soon (we just published RC3). We'll see if we can backport it to 2.5. In the meantime, the Nginx remote repo package can be used, but it's much slower on a Windows server (if you're doing WADS deployments, the remote repo with wapthttpserver works well for package deployment).
