Despite having the latest version, there are no results in the self-service area.

I confirm that the Wapt v2.6.0.16795 update fixes the issue

I just debugged with TomTom over the phone.
There's still a problem if the user has a comma in their DN:

for example, cn=simon, fonteneau,ou=test,dc=mydomain,dc=lan.

The uppercase/lowercase issue is resolved in version 2.6.0.16795.

I'm going to try the new version and I'll give feedback.

I can confirm, with the 16795, the self-locking mechanism is working again!
