Hello.
I installed version 1.5 latest on Windows 7 Pro after having previously installed version 1.3.
The installation went smoothly.
However, I encountered a problem creating the package; the import failed, neither from the Microsoft Store nor from a file: SSL3 error.
The same error occurred when creating the agent.
Server and console versions 1.5 latest are running on Windows 7 Pro.

I'm replying to myself.
After some research, it was due to a problem with the PC's name: it was in uppercase in Windows.
I didn't have this problem with version 1.3.
