[SOLVED] Reachable or not reachable that is the question ;-)

Hello,
I just installed version 1.5 without too much trouble.
I have a computer lab with a homogeneous set of machines, and I'm having an issue with some PCs that are unreachable,
even though it doesn't show "disconnected" on some of them (not all!).
As a result, I can't use the "Check for updates" and "Start installations" buttons.
If I connect to the client machines with a VNC client, and then shut them down, I do get the dialog box to install the software.
Could this be a bug?
I should mention that I installed the agent in this computer lab which already had version 1.3. Is it risky to do this?
