WAPT server crash

Hello,
following the update of the WAPT Server version: 1.5.1.23 (on Windows 2016).
DB status: OK (1.5.1.22).
The following URL is no longer responding: http://localhost:8080/.
After a while, I get the following error: An unhandled exception has occurred, socket Error #10053 software caused connection abort.
I can't find any logs.
