I'm writing on this forum to ask for help.

Despite searching extensively and browsing your forum, I haven't found an answer to my problem.

The issue is this: I can't communicate with the client from the WAPT console.

I can't force package installations from my repository, nor can I check for updates from the console. However, it works when I do it from the client PC.

The option on the server is grayed out. I've attached a screenshot of my console showing the problem.

Could you try temporarily disabling it on the PC

yes, I thought the same thing, so I disabled the firewall, but the problem is still there.

I don't understand the question Launch the installation manually without Wapt...

Actually, I'd like the installation to be visible; these are fairly simple installations, the user just has to click "next"... 
Manually, it takes me too long because there are many PCs and regular updates. Hence the advantage of launching them via WAPT. 
Silently doesn't work because these are older applications... (There are updates, but the core of the application is often very old!).
