Netlogon problem with a particular user

Hello,
I just installed and configured a SAMBa4 AD server, manageable on Windows machines via RSAT.
I created a GPO rule in User Configuration > Policies > Windows Settings > Login Script that runs a netlogon.bat file to map network drives.
The rule applies to all authenticated users.
This rule works as soon as a user logs into the domain, whether they are on an XP Pro or Windows 10 Pro machine. However, for one user (and always the same one), netlogon.bat only runs from XP Pro machines and not Windows 10 Pro machines (I tested this on several machines). If I run netlogon.bat manually after logging in on a Windows 10 Pro machine with that user's profile, it works, so it's not a permissions issue.
I don't understand where the problem could be coming from. Any ideas?
