Socket Error 10054

WAPT Server: 1.6.2.7 (Comm)

Good morning,

After a server reboot, I am unable to access the WAPT server console. I get an error message: "Socket Error".
I've noticed that the Windows NGINX service is suspended (I can't restart it). There are no other applications using ports 80 or 443. The console was working perfectly before the reboot.

Any ideas?
