Installing the server on a different directory

Hello,
I'm having a slight problem with my WaptServer installation. I'm on Windows and I changed the installation directory to D:.
The problem is that the console keeps looking for the .ini files in C:.
Is there a way to redirect the configuration to tell it that everything should be done in D:?
For example, when I open the configuration console, I click in the bottom left to open the .ini file directly, and if I save it, it works. However, if I click "OK" in the window, it tries to save the configuration in C::
"Unable to create file
C:\Users\...\waptconsole.ini"
