I want to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but I'm getting an error message:

The upgrade could not be started: HTTPConnectionPool(host='172.16.1.34', port=8088): Read timed out. (read timeout=5

I usually have no difficulty installing updates or software, everything works fine, but this time it's not working.
Perhaps, given that this is a major update, there are parameters to consider.

This is going to be a bit complicated, my crystal ball is broken. Some additional information would be welcome (WAPT version, package used (at least setup.py), etc.).
