Hello everyone,

I've just encountered a problem uninstalling packages on my user workstations.
I want to remove a package from a user's machine (right-click + uninstall package).
When I refresh, the package seems to have disappeared, but the software remains installed (in this case, Office 2013, which I want to remove in favor of a newer suite).

I can't figure out what the problem is (the installation itself works perfectly).

alternatively, the new Office installation package can handle the uninstallation.
Simply create a custom MSP installer:
