Remote assistance

Good morning,

We use remote assistance on our network. From Wapt, I'm getting an error on certain workstations:
No IP addresses are accessible for this machine. Check the firewall, routes, and the status of the remote service.
However, when I use the feature directly (without going through Wapt), these same devices connect normally.

By default, wapt waits 200 milliseconds for the machine to respond.

If the machine does not respond...

The error message is instantaneous.

Indeed, 200 milliseconds is very fast ^^

We should look into increasing this time in Wapt

It seems to me that this is not configurable at the moment.
