WAPT 1.6.2.7
CentOS 7.6 server OS
Windows 10 admin machine operating system

Good morning,
I am having trouble updating packages imported from the internet to the tranquil.it repo; with each import I get a message about a corrupted package due to an MD5 sum error. I have purged the local cache without success.

Do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem?
Thank you for your help

Hello,
have you tried restarting the server?

Hello,

an update to version 1.7 of wapt should resolve the issue!

Hello,
rebooting doesn't change anything. I don't understand why this happened suddenly; everything was fine a week ago, and I haven't made any changes to this server.
I wanted to upgrade to version 1.7, but now it's more urgent, if there's no other solution, because I can no longer perform updates.

We simply updated the wapt.tranquil.it repository to version 1.7, and the filename format changed, which is causing your problem since version 1.6 had a bug.

In the meantime, you can manually download the wapt package here: https://wapt.tranquil.it/wapt/?C=M;O=D and import it as a file into the console.

Since version 1.7 was released in February 2019, we thought our users would have had time to update...
