Uninstalling the package (installed via Wapt)

Hello,
I'd like to know if I can directly remove a package I installed on my network from the WAPT console. Even though
I've added it to the list of prohibited packages, it doesn't remove it from the client machines.
Sorry for this silly question, but it's the first time I've uninstalled software in bulk.
