Administration/package creation machine OS (Windows 10)

Hello,

I wanted to install the windows10-upgrade-data package, but it was too large to upload via PyScripter. I then used FTP to upload the WAPT package directly to the WAPT directory on my main server.

However, the package is not displayed in my administration console. Can you help me?
