Error - GPG

Hello everyone,
I'm currently doing an internship...
and I've been tasked with installing a WAPT server on Debian (9.9).
Everything is going well so far, except I'm having a problem with the command
`wget -O - https://wapt.tranquil.it/debian/tiswapt-pub.gpg | apt-key add -
echo "deb https://wapt.tranquil.it/debian/wapt-1.7/ $(lsb_release -c -s) main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/
wapt.list`. I then used the CURL package, but I'm still getting the following error:
`gpg: verify signature failed: Unknown system error`.
I don't know what to do. Can you help me?
