WAPT 1.7.4.6232
Server on Windows 10 version 1903 build 18362.476
Wapt Console used from Windows 10 version 1903 build 18362.476

Please take into account that I'm a fresh user of WAPT Community Edition, so I probably need some explanation more than others...

My problem is the following:

On a couple of hosts I'm not able anymore to install firefox-esr and thunderbird packages. This two packages are present in SW Repository and installed on other 50 hosts but for this two hosts are not shown in available packages if I double click on this two hosts (they are available for single install and installed through bundle for the other 50).

If I try to install the two packages through a bundle that contains for this two host the system answers with the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last):

File "C:\Program Files (x86)\wapt\common.py", line 3704, in install_wapt

raise EWaptUnavailablePackage('Missing dependencies: %s' % (','.join(missing_depends,)))

EWaptUnavailablePackage: Missing dependencies: CLP-firefox-esr,CLP-thunderbird

EWaptUnavailablePackage: Missing dependencies: CLP-firefox-esr,CLP-thunderbird

I tried a bunch of workarounds: I remove the bundle and re-add it to host, change this bundle to a new one, make a new bundle with those two packages only, upgrade the two packages to last PROD version and then to last version tout court, install and remove the software directly on the hosts (without WAPT), upgrade to latest versions of server and agents on all hosts and at last I remove the two hosts and all related data form WAPT server.

When agent introduced them again and the list of installed packages was clean I installed the bundle again (the same error was raised).

None of this workaround had success.

Can you give me help?

Please let me know if you need I report some file or log content...

Regards and thanks for your useful software.

Giacomo
