[RESOLVED] wapt 1.8.6639 - bug

Hello everyone,

I've just installed some new clients, and I've run into a small problem on the server side.
In the tab, it usually shows "disconnected" or "OK,"
but on 7 of my newly cloned PCs, there's an empty box.

I've tried uninstalling and deleting the wapt folder, but nothing has worked.
I even checked the UUID box during installation instead of the BIOS, but I'm still getting the same result.
I don't have this problem at all on other PCs.

What do you think?

Thanks

cloned = identical machine names

https://www.wapt.fr/fr/doc/wapt-configuration ... light=uuid

This is not a bug on WAPT's side.

Sincerely.

Vincent

I renamed it with different machine names

UPDATE: We can see that the status for one is "OK", it has successfully installed these packages

If there's nothing in the "Reachable" column, it means the registration was successful, but the WebSocket can't connect (there's no status until at least one connection has been established). Could you please check the time on one of the machines?.

From what I remember, the client's clock can be off by half a minute; if this happens, it usually displays "disconnected" on the server

In the logs I have this:

2020-06-02 08:46:26,371 WARNING Websocket connect params: 400 Client Error: Bad Request for url: https://wapt.iut.lan/get_websocket_auth_token
2020-06-02 08:46:37,948 CRITICAL Error merging Packages from https://wapt.iut.lan/wapt into db: HTTPError: 400 Client Error: Bad Request for url: https://wapt.iut.lan/wapt/Packages Get packages index

UPDATE:

I'm getting bad requests every minute or so; I'll compare them to another machine that's working
