I just noticed that the tis-firefox , version 79.0, now has a dependency on the tis-config-firefox.
This latter package positions the policies.json file and installs the uBlock extension.

Is this really the intended behavior of the TIS team?

Indeed, this isn't necessarily how the entire TIS team intended it to work; I've just corrected the package...
