Block user action session-setup

Hello,
WAPT version: 1.8.2 version Community
, Server OS: Debian 10 - Buster,
Administration machine OS: Windows 10.
I searched the forum but (I don't think) found an answer to my question:
Is it possible to block all user actions until "session-setup" is complete when logging into Windows?
