Unable to "Launch the WAPT console" via the notification area

Hello,
As mentioned in my signature, I use WAPT Starter.
I really appreciate the notification area icon, which effectively notifies me of new updates.
However, to open the "WAPT Self-Service Software" console, I have to go through the "Start" menu, because it doesn't appear when I right-click the notification area icon and then click "Launch WAPT console" in the context menu.
Am I confusing the "console" with the "WAPT Self-Service" window (or are they the same thing)? How can I launch the latter from the notification area icon, please?
