wapt enterprise KB is prohibited, which shouldn't be the case
Published: January 26, 2021 - 4:57 PM
Good morning,
I use Wapt Windows Update.
I have KB packages on some machines that are DISCARDED and prohibited.
While I haven't banned any packages or KBs. My agent timeout is 15 days, but the packages in question were published in December 2020, so more than 15 days ago.
For clarity, please find attached a screenshot of a machine showing 3 KB DISCARDED files, even though they were published in December 2020 and have been downloaded to the machine. These 3 KB files should be installed or pending, but they are not. What is the problem? Thank you
Could the problem be related to "ERROR DOWNLOADING WSUSSCAN"?
If so, how do we solve it?
Knowing that I have tried the following commands on these machines several times:
Launch the search for updates to apply
Start downloading pending Windows updates
Start the installation of pending Windows updates.
