[RESOLVED] Bad Gateway

Hello everyone,

I'm tearing my hair out trying to install the WAPT server; I just don't understand it. I'm running Windows Server 20019, and despite reading numerous posts on the subject and following recommendations (stopping services/deleting files), I've reinstalled it several times. I'm still getting a "Bad Gateway" error.

Do you have any ideas? Where are the recommendations for Windows Server 20019 with WAPT?

I should mention that I have the latest version of WAPT Community.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Have a good day.

There's a lack of information to diagnose the problem... What services are running, and is there anything interesting in the log files?

It was actually my antivirus that had messed up the initial installation, but I hadn't been notified of the error. After uninstalling and reinstalling, it works.

I had to format the server because it wasn't working even without my antivirus.

Hello alxinfo,

thank you for your feedback. Indeed, antivirus programs tend to delete files a little too quickly... Normally, uninstalling and then deleting the c:\wapt directory should have been enough.

I'm marking the topic as resolved.

Best regards,

Denis
