Good morning

- Installed WAPT version 1.8.2.7334
- Server OS (Linux / Windows): Windows Server 2019
- Operating system of the administration/package creation machine (Windows 7 / 10)

I'm writing this email because I previously used WAPT with a Windows 10 client session, but now I'd like to run WAPT alongside WSUS and therefore IIS. (I don't have the budget for the enterprise version for managing Windows updates, I should mention.)


However, I'm struggling despite using the FQDN, static IP, IIS, adding the new site, and even disabling the firewall; still nothing, I can't start the console


I followed this procedure but it doesn't work (just changing the port to 8082)

Furthermore, in the service I think there's something I don't understand

Thanks for the info, I'd actually seen it in an ANSSI PDF

But

So I'm following the procedure: net stop WAPTGinx
net stop waptservice

OK

listen 80;
listen 443 ssl;
by :

listen 8000;
listen 8443 ssl;
OK
And it still doesn't work, with an error also on the certificate, plus IIS is still not activated in service.

Is the "waptserver" service running?

If it's not running:

Reinstall as a local administrator.
