I've done quite a bit of research, but I still don't understand my problem.

Whether I import and edit packages or create them myself, I don't see the packages appear after uploading, even though I don't get any error messages.
Importing packages from the Tranquil-IT repository works fine, though.

Did you click on "refresh the list of available packages" in the private repository?

Yes, I did that, but nothing changes.

To be more precise,
only the packages I imported from the wapt repository seem to work.
The packages I created install but don't appear in the self directory.
