Server replacement

Hello everyone,
I'd like to replace my Wapt server and I'm asking for your help to facilitate this migration.
Currently:
Windows Server 2016 Standard,
Waptconsole Community Edition 1.8.2.7267.
Desired:
Windows Server 2019 Standard,
latest free version of Wapt.
Do you have a procedure for this?
