[RESOLVED] Self-service without admin rights

Hello,

I'm currently testing the enterprise version (with a 30-day license).

When I use the self-service interface on a test machine, an administrator user can see all the packages correctly, but a standard user sees none.

Could you please help me and suggest some ways to resolve this issue?

Hello

, the behavior you describe is typical of a machine without a self-service package installed. Have you installed a self-service package on the machine?

Hello,

this has indeed resolved my issue.

I thought the self-service rules were there to restrict packets and that by default users had access to everything.
