Problem importing package from external repository

Hello,
When I try to import a package from your external repository, I sometimes get an error message. (see attached image)
If I refresh the page afterward, I get the package list and I can import it.
My server information:
version 2.2.1 Discovery on an up-to-date Debian 11.
Console version: 2.2.1.11932 installed on a Windows Server 2016.
And the registered repository address: https://wapt.tranquil.it/wapt/
Have you ever encountered this error?
