Problem installing packages on administrator workstations

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my administrator workstations; they can't send packets to the agent workstations.
However, I can send packets without any issues via the console on the server.
I should mention that they can modify everything and that they all have the correct private key/public certificate.

Regards,
Jitero

Discovery or Enterprise (see forum rules)
can impact the response regarding ACLs.
What does it mean to send packets to the agent machines? Does it mean assigning packets to a machine, or applying the changes to the machine?

Denis

I have the Discovery version.

When assigning packages to machines, I put a package on a machine, but nothing appears in the right-hand window (General tab). However, when I double-click on the machine, I see that there is a package.

When you double-click on a machine, it shows which dependencies need to be installed on that machine.
In the "General" panel on the right, it shows the packages that are actually installed on the machine; see the documentation.

Either the package is poorly developed, incorrectly signed, or incompatible with the machine in question (due to an incorrect architecture, operating system, or operating system version).
