PC appears disconnected. Update 2.2

Following the update of the WAPT server from version 1.8 Community to 2.2 Discovery (on Windows Server 2012 R2),
the machines in the WAPT console appear as disconnected.
I have checked the time,
updated the agent, and also re-registered the machine with the server, but the problem persists.
Do you have any ideas? Thank you.

Hello,

which version 1.8 are you using? Have the agents updated? If it's not 1.8.2, there's a difference in signature management that prevents the machine from accepting the packets (see documentation). If that's the case, you can then push back the agents via GPO.
