How do I add logos for specific software to Self Service? The logo isn't displaying.

Simply change the logo on the admin machine before generating the agent. See the documentation:

Or deploy it with a package.

The admin machine is either the one hosting the console or the one acting as the server.

Because on the machine hosting the console, I can't copy anything to the Templates folder.

For your information, we will be trying to simplify the deployment of the WAPT agent without recompiling it. This means deploying waptsetup.exe + a configuration file rather than waptagent.exe (which has been recompiled with the configuration). Therefore, the methodology for reinserting the new logos should be simplified very soon.
