When applying the tis-powershell5 package to a Windows 2012R2 server, WAPT tries to install KB: W2K12-KB3191565-x64.msu instead of Win8.1AndW2K12R2-KB3191564-x64.msu.
Obviously, this fails because this KB is not intended for this OS...
